In House Design
From the simple design, through to the more complicated full colour designs, we handle your design from start to finish. We can reproduce very intricate indigenous artwork, and created multi logo designs, and we can also design more premium lanyards as requested.
Our most common types of lanyards we produce are below;
Full Colour Sublimated Lanyards
Our full colour lanyards are printed by dye sublimation on one or both sides of the lanyard. Generally printed on smooth polyester or flat ribbed polyester.
The most popular width is 15mm & 20mm. Production time is normally 2 days + shipping.
Screen Printed Lanyards
Our screen printed lanyards are printed using plastisol inks to create a very crisp & refined print, on one or both sides of the lanyard. Generally printed on flat ribbed polyester, rPet, bamboo, or nylon.
The most popular width is 15mm & 20mm. Production time is normally 2 days + shipping. Our screen printed lanyards are available in standard colours, but we can also dye the fabric to match PMS colours.
Woven Lanyards
Our woven lanyards produce a more premium product. The logo or design is interwoven into the fabric.
The most popular width is 15mm & 20mm. Production time is normally 6 - 7 days + shipping as this is a more involved process.
Safety Lanyards
Safety or reflective lanyards are named as they have a silver reflective strip applied to a polyester lanyard backing. These are then printed in one colour on top of the silver reflective strip aorund the length of the lanyard.
The most popular width is 20mm, and these are normally manufactured with a safety release clip. This is the ideal lanyard in the mining, construction, and trade industries.
Express Lanyards
We manufacture our express lanyards within 12 - 24 hours. The most common lanyard type used for express production is the Full Colour Sublimated Lanyard. Depending on when the order is place, we can delivery within 5 - 7 working days.
